we are = we appear ?

Saw Riya Sen [\:D/] today .. I was having lunch at a street vendor's near Times Square and the crew of the film was getting ready for the shoot, & she was standing right NEXT to me. She didnt have a schedule then, it seems, which explains her in a simple attire sans makeup, which brings us to the topic. I thought it was her, but wasn't sure [1] and hence didn't go out and talk with her (how do I talk with someone I don't recognize). Later a friend told me that she was shooting in NY since 3-4 days and I was like shittt ... But the fact is that she looked nothing like she is 'made to look' in movies, photoshoots and the ramp. Makeup and costumes are all it takes to generate the oomphs - I swear, even today - before lunch time, I must have seen atleast a 100 females[2] who looked way better than her[3]. I know most people don't have any special/not-so-special liking towards Riya, but I do (DID to be precise). the world is make-belief ,      things are not what they appear; your mask is very thin,      dropping it is a constant fear... [1] - I recognized Rajpal Yadav - who looked lost walking along towards the shoot as his secretary was way ahead of him and he stopped arnd looking for her and I told myself doesnt he look like him- Then his phone rang and he said 'pahunch raha hoon bhai - mere bina kahaan shuru hogi shooting' . I saw golden-haired Jimmy Shergill too - no comments there [2]- walk on the Times Square and you'll know [3] - there have been better days also :D
